Supports Coordinator
Part-time (20 - 30 hours a week) Supports Coordinator in OLTL and Adult Autism Waiver programs at busy non-profit, cross disability services agency. BA/BS in social work, psychology, education or related field and at least 3 years' experience in disability-related services required (preferably case management for persons with disabilities). Responsible for assisting adults with disabilities in OLTL home and community based waiver programs and Adult Autism Waiver. Knowledge for HCSIS, waivers and community resources for persons with disabilities preferred. Highly organized individual with commitment to consumer control and empowerment sought. High degree of computer literacy needed. Occasional flexible hours and ability to travel independently in the community necessary. Ability to work in a team environment required. Career Coach
Part-time (20 - 30 hours a week) position in busy, non-profit, disability services agency. BA/BS in social work, psychology, education, rehabilitation or related field required with 2 years' experience in vocational services preferred. Work in innovative program to assist young adults with disabilities in preparing for and gaining employment. Assist in cultivating business partnerships, assessing vocational interests and abilities, teaching employability skills and independent living skills to participants. Highly organized individual with commitment to consumer control and empowerment sought. Must have independent means of transportation and willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends. Ability to work in a team environment.
