Statewide Coalition Project

The goal of the Statewide Coalition Project (SCP) is to expand independent living opportunities for Pennsylvanians with disabilities. LVCIL is working with a Statewide Advocacy Group and CILs statewide to develop materials, establish partnerships, and create curriculum that can enhance CIL core services across the state. 

SCP was developed by the Statewide Independent Living Council (SILC) in partnership with the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR), and is funded by OVR.
